# What do the side effects feel like?

Some of our patients have reported very mild side effects from slight nausea and the feeling of very full very quick when eating, others have lost the desire to eat and the food cravings are no longer a burden. 

We continue to emphasize the importance of a healthy diet throughout this programme and to not overeat as it may make the side effects more intense from previous patients’ experiences.
