Requesting couriers
Our pharmacy partners have until 2 pm (Monday to Friday) to request a courier.
Step 1: Log on to our website with your registered pharmacy information: https://portal.tuli.health/#/login
Step 2: Click on “Courier”
Step 3: Fill in the required details. For any special requests, feel free to use the comment section. We will try our best to accommodate you.
Step 4: Click "Confirm Pickup"
In some cases, we are able to arrange a courier after the cut off time. However, in order to avoid delays, please request for the courier as soon as possible.
Note: The courier request button will only be available on your dashboard till 3 pm. If you’d like to request a courier after 4 pm please get in touch with the customer services team by calling 020 3650 2146 or alternatively through our Live Chat feature on our website.
