Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Tuli Health, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. Below is our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellation Policy
a. If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
b. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
a. If you wish to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled date and time.
b. If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
c. If the rescheduled date and time are not available or suitable, you may choose to cancel your booking and follow the cancellation policy stated above.
Refund Process
a. To request a refund for a cancellation or to reschedule, clients must contact our customer service team via 020 3650 2146.
b. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction.
c. Depending on the payment provider and bank processing times, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exceptions
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other unavoidable situations, we reserve the right to modify or amend the refund policy accordingly.
b. If we, Tuli Health, need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide you with a full refund.
